Noteholders Proof
of Claim 		The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, intends to file a proof of claim for principal, interest and any applicable fees and costs in the bankruptcy cases on behalf of itself and all holders for the issuer’s obligations under the indenture dated October 23, 1995 between Advanta Corp. as issuer, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee. The Bank of New York Mellon will not file a proof of claim for any other party in interest. The Bank of New York Mellon's proof of claim will not include individual claims of holders against any of the Debtors other than for principal and interest on the securities. Holders who wish to assert a claim for other than principal and interest, including, but not limited to, claims arising out of or relating to the purchase, sale, issuance or distribution of securities, any damage claim under applicable securities law, state law or equitable right, or any other claim that does not arise out of or relate to the Indenture must file individual proofs of claim on or before the deadline for filing proofs of claim that will be set by the Bankruptcy Court.
